Some things to consider in this calm before the storm…

- The RSL Offside’s Fitz wins the volume contest today with dynamite posts on the structure and mysterious mechanics of Real Salt Lake’s roster and some consideration a “most improved” poll posted on MLSnet.com. Bonus points were awarded (but, sadly, get you nothing) for the title…wunnerful, wunnerful.

- Seeing that DC United parted ways with Guy-Roland Kpene Dave M from the Red Bull Offside wonders why not? (As in why don’t the Red Bulls give the guy a tryout; god knows they need people to distribute the ball from midfield.)

- In a post that, in the author’s words, strays “off-topic”, Dynamo Daryl”* delivers droplets of Houston Dynamo news, most notably news of pee-wee Dynamo domination. (* Not an official nickname.)

- Alex of the Chivas USA Offside gives it all: previews, recovery, results, and, yes, even new signings. And it’s only one post. Efficiency!

- Meanwhile, I (that is Jeff of the Colorado Rapids Offside) try to promote feelings of uncertainty among Rapids fans (it’s reverse psychology, the classic bulletin board stuff that will motivate them to kick the holy s^$& out of LA this weekend…trust me).
